what a letdown, I almost felt big enough that I woudl ve been comfortable here! dirty elevators and a pool that felt like a sauna left me questioning their 'premium' status. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for all the inconveniences. sadly, this was anything, but a relaxing retreat I imagined. definitely not worth my time.
